He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the board of our Company. He is one of the promoters of our Company. He has been associated with our Company for more than 10 years. He holds a diploma certificate in electronics and communication engineering from gomatesh polytechnic belgaum. He has around 10 years of experience in the field of micro irrigation sector.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Prafulbhai Radadia<\/h3>
Whole-Time Director<\/div>
He is a Whole-Time Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company for more than 10 years. He holds a degree of B. Tech. in agricultural engineering from Gujarat Agricultural University. He has around 10 years of experience in the field of micro irrigation sector.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kavita Khatri<\/h3>
Non -Executive Independent Director<\/div>
Mrs. Kavita Khatri have 15 years of professional experience as Practicing Company Secretary and involved in providing services to clients related to compliance under various Laws and giving advice in legal matters. She is currently serving as a Chairperson of the Ahmedabad Chapter of WIRC of ICSI.

Academically, she is a Company Secretary, holds an LLB degree from L.A. Shah Law College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bikaner University. She is also a Co-opted Member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace at the Office of the Official Liquidator since 2018.

She was associated as a Director with M\/s. Accurate Securities and Registry Private Limited (RTA) from November 2018 to January 2021. Currently, she serves as a Woman Independent Director on the Boards of M\/s. Phonewale Limited, M\/s. GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited and Shree Marutinandan Tubes Limited.

In addition to her professional commitments, she actively participates in social welfare initiatives, volunteering in medical camps and social events across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand. She is also a Certified Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Healer, reflecting her holistic approach toward personal and social well-being. Mr. Pankaj Bhimjibhai Kapadiyais an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in legal domain. He has valuable experience in financial institutions as well as academic institutions dealing with education, corporate laws, mercantile laws and other legal matters. He is known for his excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. He is the member of the Bar Council of Gujarat and currently working as Revenue Advocate.

Mr. Parshottam Popat Bhai Donga has a wealth of experience and knowledge in Agriculture domain. He has valuable experience in Micro Irrigation and Water Management sectors in agriculture with the government organizations. He has been associated with various government projects related to agriculture and has actively contributed to those projects.

Throughout his career, Mr. Parshottam Popat Bhai Donga won various awards during his tenure with Gujarat Green Revolution Co. Ltd. He has authored various books and articles related to irrigation, farmers and agriculture. He is also the member of Farm Irrigation & Drainage System Sectional Committee of Bureau of Indian Standard.
